Ports O Call – Allstate is a California‑based, full‑service, award‑winning insurance agency, ranked in the top 3% of 7,200 Allstate agencies nationwide. We’re expanding our California team and seeking driven, outgoing Telemarketers ready to start a long‑term career — not just another phone job. This entry‑level position is designed as a launch pad to becoming a Licensed Sales Producer with Allstate.

If you have drive, persistence, and a fearless attitude toward cold calling, we’ll teach you the rest.

Work from home (fully remote within the USA).

Base pay: $18–$20 per hour depending on experience + strong performance bonuses.

• Make multiple outbound calls daily to potential customers using our live data lead system.
• Follow provided scripts naturally to build rapport and transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents.
• Prospect, follow up, and nurture leads with consistency and enthusiasm.
• Track activity in our CRM and meet daily/weekly call and quality goals.

• Excellent phone and communication skills with a friendly, confident tone.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and self‑discipline in a remote environment.
• Quick learner with solid computer and multitasking skills.
• Sales‑driven attitude with the grit to handle rejection and stay motivated.

Full‑Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST. Applicants must be located within the United States and legally authorized to work in the USA.
