Ports O Call – Allstate is a California‑based, full‑service, award‑winning insurance agency, ranked in the top 3% of 7,200 Allstate agencies nationwide. We’re expanding our California team and seeking driven, outgoing Telemarketers ready to start a long‑term career — not just another phone job. This entry‑level position is designed as a launch pad to becoming a Licensed Sales Producer with Allstate.

If you have drive, persistence, and a fearless attitude toward cold calling, we’ll teach you the rest.

Essential Job Functions
  • Make multiple outbound calls daily to potential customers using our live data lead system.
  • Follow provided scripts naturally to build rapport and transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents.
  • Prospect, follow up, and nurture leads with consistency and enthusiasm.
  • Track activity in our CRM and meet daily/weekly call and quality goals.

Schedule

Full‑Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST. Applicants must be located within the United States and legally authorized to work in the USA.
