What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide on-site hardware and consumable conversion support, including case coverage and in-servicing
  • Lead web-based educational conferences to train customers and sales teams on products and best practices
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and customer engagement
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations at sales meetings and customer locations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues by providing timely technical guidance to customers and sales personnel
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Ability to travel out of state up to 50%
  • Education requirements:

    High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years experience, OR Associate’s Degree AND 2+ years experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to both internal and external audiences
  • Ability to work independently after appropriate training and direction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 1+ year of sales and/or healthcare experience
  • Experience supporting surgical products or working directly with surgeons and operating room staff
  • Prior experience in remote sales or conversion-focused roles
  • Training or experience in marketing, sales, or business strategy
