• Salary up to $16.50/hour with a guaranteed commission of $750 for the first 3 months

• Field 30-40 inbound calls per day, actively listening and documenting customer details
• Analyze customer needs to provide logical solutions and explain products and services professionally
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales
• Maintain professionalism and sensitivity when handling confidential or emotional inquiries
• Achieve or exceed performance goals including Closing %, Revenue Per Call, and Calls Per Day

• One (1) to two (2) years of previous sales experience (retail, inside sales, or logistics)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong persuasive communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Completion of HIPAA training

• Proficient computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new software
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on maintaining individual and company goals
