Job DetailsAs an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

- Front‑Line Liaison: Represents the Liberty brand, believes in the products, and connects customers to the right solutions.

- 16‑week training for licensed hires; 18‑week training for unlicensed hires.

- Schedule:
4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change. - All computer equipment provided. Home workspace must include dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet (≥100 Mbps download, ≥20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet not supported.
- 2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales or service experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
- Clear communication with prospects and customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
- Strong typing and PC proficiency.
- Property & Casualty license required after hire.
