About the Role
Zinade Tech Corp is expanding its presence in Latin America and is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager – Canada to lead regional revenue growth. This individual will be responsible for developing market strategy, building enterprise relationships, and driving sales performance across the Colombian market. The ideal candidate understands B2B technology sales, regional buyer behavior, and how to scale revenue operations in emerging markets.
This is a remote position.
- Develop and execute the Colombia market entry and growth strategy
- Identify new business opportunities across enterprise, SME, and startup sectors
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Build a high‑performing local sales pipeline
- Lead prospecting, negotiation, and closing of key accounts
- Build long‑term strategic partnerships with decision‑makers
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
- Recruit, train, and manage local sales representatives (if applicable)
- Implement CRM tracking, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to executive leadership
- Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Provide market feedback to support product localization and pricing strategy
- Ensure alignment with global revenue objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Strong network within corporate or tech ecosystem
- Fluent in Spanish and professional English proficiency
- Experience selling digital services, software, or tech training programs
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience launching or scaling sales operations in North America
