In this role, you’ll lead a Mid Market Sales team responsible for selling our partner's AI Orchestration platform to customers globally. The team focuses on customers with 1-999 employees and is tasked with acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
A successful candidate will demonstrate both sales and leadership skills, driving results and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
- Hire and onboard exceptional talent with strong product knowledge.
- Provide coaching for full-funnel mastery in sales techniques.
- Oversee execution of strategic adoption plans with other departments.
