About the OpportunityWe are seeking Sales Development Representatives to join our established UK-based, technology-enabled logistics organisation.
This is a fully remote, permanent role for South African professionals who want international exposure while being employed locally. You will support a UK commercial team by driving outbound sales activity, qualifying opportunities, and building a strong pipeline within defined UK market segments.
Key Responsibilities- High-volume outbound prospecting across targeted UK industries
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts
- Qualify prospects using structured, consultative sales methodologies
- Book qualified discovery meetings for senior sales leadership
- Manage leads, pipeline, and activity using CRM systems (e.g. Hub Spot)
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records
- Collaborate with marketing to improve outreach messaging and campaigns
- Meet daily and weekly outreach, conversion, and pipeline KPIs
- Develop a working understanding of domestic and international logistics solutions
- Minimum 1 year B2B outbound sales experience (Logistics, SaaS, or service-led industries highly advantageous)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident, professional phone presence
- Experience using CRM systems is mandatory (Hub Spot highly advantageous or similar CRM system)
- Highly self-motivated and disciplined in a remote environment
- Resilient, commercially minded, and target-driven
- Suitable resources (Wi-fi, laptop etc) to be able to work remotely is mandatory
