We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Sales Enablement Specialist
. This vital role focuses on providing our sales and brand concierge teams with the content, training, and resources needed to increase efficiency, accelerate deal closure, and ensure a consistent, high-quality sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:Training, Content, and Performance
- Training & Onboarding:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs (new hire onboarding and ongoing education) covering product knowledge, competitor analysis, and best practices for sales techniques. - Content Management:
Create, curate, and maintain a centralized library of sales collateral (presentations, case studies, battle cards, email templates) ensuring accuracy and ease of access for the sales team. - Process Optimization:
Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement technology or training solutions to improve efficiency and reduce the time from lead‑to‑close. - Metrics & Reporting:
Track and analyze key sales enablement KPIs (e.g., content utilization, sales cycle length, win rates) to measure the impact of enablement initiatives and drive future strategy. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Act as the liaison between the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure messaging consistency and equip the sales team with talking points for new features and offerings.
- Mandatory
Experience:
1+ years of proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Training is essential. - Sales Proficiency:
Must be comfortable and experienced with the e-commerce sales environment, understanding B2B sales cycles and common objections. - Content Creation
Skills:
Strong ability to create engaging and effective training materials and sales tools across various media (slides, video scripts, documents). - Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Sales Enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, or internal LMS systems) is a significant advantage. - Work Environment:
Must be a highly motivated self-starter comfortable thriving in a remote, independent, and high-performance setting.

- A stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download and upload speed).
