Apprenticeship - Agency Recruitment (Design, Marketing, & Events)

Provide support in preparing design of Recruitment Events, Recruitment Activities, Campaigns and Recruitment Communication Marketing Fliers.

Provide short video communication regarding events, activities, post‑event highlights, and recruitment ideas/achievements.

Support and contribute to recruitment events and activities.

Manage administrative support in Recruitment team activities, projects, and initiatives.

• Final year student or fresh graduate from any major.
• Willing to work on‑site (3× a week) and work from home (2× a week) in South Jakarta.
• Committed to a 6‑month internship period.
• Possess knowledge and skill in design and copywriting.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle requests in a timely manner.
