What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Take ownership of sales quotas and work proactively to meet and exceed targets within a defined territory
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to understand their business challenges and align AI solutions with their goals
  • Lead and support AI proof-of-concept initiatives, demonstrating product value to customers
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities
  • Act as a subject matter expert for AI solutions, providing enablement initiatives to the sales team
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in Conversational AI solutions or the customer experience space
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Experience in an overlay account executive or co-sell role is preferable

  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and elevate a sales team towards excellence in AI sales
  • In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications in contact centers
