Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time remote position for a New Business Account Representative. The representative will, initially, focus on day‑to‑day outbound prospecting calls, email, and Linked In outreach, develop the leads with the help of sales management, and engage in all aspects of the customer sale, including on‑site.
Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively
- Proficiency in lead generation to identify and pursue business opportunities
- Customer service abilities to nurture client relationships and ensure positive experiences
- Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- 2 years experience in healthcare or telehealth industries is mandatory
