• Manage incoming and outbound call sales opportunities
• Connect with new and current clients to onboard, ensure satisfaction and build authentic, lasting relationships
• Resolve client sales inquiries by partnering with the appropriate internal resources

• 2+ years of individual life insurance sales
• LLQP license with home provincial licensing in good standing
• Proven ability to self-manage in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Passion for helping others with consultative customer advice and service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of accountability and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Commitment to ongoing service, process, and efficiency improvements
• Comfortable managing client escalations and problem-solving creatively
• Basic knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Office
• Requirements:
  Computer with adequate specs, reliable high-speed internet, a monitor (at least 2 screens), USB wired headset
