We're looking to hire a Sales Representative within the next 2-3 weeks. If you're a fit, expect a quick and efficient interview process (steps listed below).

At Prep For Success Tutors, our sales reps don't cold call-they consult with pre-qualified, warm leads to help their clients reach their law school dreams. You'll sell a proven tutoring service (with over 300 5-star reviews on Google) with a 50%+ close rate, backed by a team of 170+ LSAT scorers.

What you'll be doing:
  • Conduct 1-on-1 Google Meet sales calls with prospective clients (that are warm leads - not cold calling) to sell tutoring services.
  • Most sales are a one call close; however, follow-up might be necessary for select clients to ensure the sale.
  • Collect payment from clients for tutoring services.
  • Once lead becomes a client, match them with a tutor to continue with fulfillment.

  • Our current sales account managers salaries range from $100,000 to $120,000 which is comprised of a $50,000 base salary (paid weekly) and uncapped commission (paid monthly).
What hours you'll work:
  • Hours are 2pm to 11pm EST Tuesday-Saturday (with Sunday & Monday off) with midday break for lunch. However, there is the ability to work additional hours per week as Prep For Success can provide more sales calls to make more commission.

  • We'll fill your calendar with pre-qualified, warm leads-no cold calling or prospecting required. Our current team closes 50%+ of calls.
  • Your own personal setter! She will be responsible for filling your calendar and managing reschedules and no-shows. You do NOT need to hunt for your own leads.
  • We hire you for sales and only sales! Once the sale is made, our tutors, client success team, and customer support will handle the rest.

What is the application and training process:

We're looking to hire our next sales rep within the next 2-3 weeks, so if you're a fit, expect a quick and efficient interview process.

  • 1st Round Interview: a brief 15 minute live interview via google meet to assess qualifications and expectations.
  • 2nd Round Interview: a 45 minute call where you will perform a mock sales call that you will prepare for based on a recording of one of our sales call.
  • 3rd Round Interview: a brief 30 minute meeting with additional members of the team.
  • Then you will receive an offer letter, onboarding materials, and steps for your first day!
  • Training will start which will consist of watching game tapes, sitting in on live sales calls, conducting mock sales calls with feedback, and learning about our scripts, SOPS, KPIs, etc. This will approximately be the first month, and your first official call will be approximately 2-4 weeks into the position.
