• Although industrial sales experience is a plus, it is certainly not required. They have successful Territory Sales and Service Managers from various backgrounds. Regardless of where you have been, our client's world-class products and sales training programs will put you on the fast track to success.

Position Overview + Compensation Breakdown:

• Travel to customers' sites in the area, providing support from their "mobile store" vehicle.
  • Relationship sales, managed inventory.
• 100% commission, but they do offer a small stipend to make the first couple of months easier.
• Uncapped commission, 26% of business, no matter how much they bring in.
  • First month can range from $500-2500. Top performers are making $12k in commission per month ($145k annual)
• The candidate MUST purchase or lease bare-bone vehicles themselves (12-foot cargo van)
  • The company pays for all inventory in the field, they do the wrap on the vehicle, and build out inside.
• Monday - Friday schedule (On call, but very rare to do deliveries outside of M-F normal business hours)
  • Typically working 7 am-11 am, but might be working closer to 5 when they first start out, just to get in front of people.
