Position: Inside Sales Representative - Remote in New Braunfels, TX

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Facilitate the sales process to generate new sales opportunities through outbound calling and emailing
  • Oversee responses to customer order and quotation requests from various accounts
  • Manage project tracking, issue resolution, and overall customer service support
  • Provide product pricing by consulting the pricing matrix and other resources
  • Perform estimating, take-off, and proposal duties as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a related field
  • High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Strong organizational skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote/hybrid position
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 1+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, and lighting
  • Experience with consultative selling or solution selling
  • Comfortable in an inbound/outbound phone call environment
  • Independent and accountable self-starter
