• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of experience in a sales-related role
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote/hybrid position
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM
• Strong organizational skills and professional phone etiquette

• 1+ years of sales experience, particularly in business-to-business (B2B) sales
• Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, and lighting
• Experience with consultative selling or solution selling
• Comfortable in an inbound/outbound phone call environment
• Independent and accountable self-starter
