• Act as a subject matter expert and drive sales enablement initiatives for the AI portfolio

• Proven experience in a quota‑carrying sales role, preferably in Conversational AI solutions or the customer experience space
• Results‑oriented with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Experience in an overlay AE/co‑sell role is preferable

• Background in AI technologies and their application in enhancing customer and agent experiences
• Familiarity with the customer experience software industry
