What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under the supervision of a sales manager
  • Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the employer's value
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly sales quota objectives
  • Maintain and grow the customer base within a designated territory
  • Utilize sales force automation tools to manage the sales funnel and report on sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
  • Proven ability to deliver superior customer service with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Outside B2B sales experience
  • Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce
  • Ability to cold call and door knock
  • Experience in identifying and nurturing leads through the sales process
  • Skills in preparing and delivering product/service proposals and pricing quotations
