• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in local sales, preferably in advertising or media sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for a minimum of 3 consecutive years
• Strong pipeline management skills with experience in maintaining significant coverage
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Experience in advertising sales, media sales, or a related field with a strong performance record
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market trends
