You will be responsible for prospecting and securing new clients, providing tailored insurance solutions to schools, generating leads, and supporting cross-sell opportunities. You'll work closely with service and renewal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience, attend key conferences, and maintain accurate sales forecasts using CRM systems.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance sales or broking Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of insurance principles and regulatory frameworks Strong organisation, planning, and target-driven mindset Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Education insurance desirable but not essential GCSE Maths & English (Cert CII desirable) What's on offer:
