A leading independent mortgage finance company is looking for a Business Development Manager in Vancouver. This role requires a strategic sales mindset, strong relationship management, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with brokers, managing client portfolios via Salesforce, and executing territory-specific marketing initiatives. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in mortgage underwriting, along with a University Degree and a BCFSA mortgage broker license.

A competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 is offered.
