Sales Development Representative

• Salary up to $56,000 USD

• Effectively manage inbound lead flow and conduct high-level discovery conversations
• Meet or exceed SDR sourced Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) volume targets
• Collaborate with teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
• Research accounts to identify key players and generate interest
• Track and report on all activities and results using Salesforce

• Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening and writing skills
• Self-starter with a track record of successful achievements
• Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
• Determined personality with a desire to grow and win
• Proficient in Salesforce

• Previous experience in the tech industry, sales development, marketing, or sales
• Eagerness to grow professionally within a supportive environment
