We are looking for a sales-oriented, highly committed, and results-driven professional who thrives in building relationships, driving implementations, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. This is a role for someone who combines consultative selling skills with strong execution and follow-through.
Position OverviewThe Client Solutions Specialist supports the full sales and implementation lifecycle by ensuring clients adopt and implement our solutions successfully.
Success in this role means:
- Consistently converting product demos into effective pilots and implementations
- Driving strong product adoption and measurable outcomes
- Turning successful implementations into long‑term contracts
- Providing exceptional stakeholder support throughout the customer journey
This is a fully remote position based in Texas. You must work from your primary residence and be available for periodic travel within Texas (and occasionally out of state) for district visits, conferences, and company meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with district and school leaders across Texas
- Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations, demos, and needs assessments tailored to customer goals
- Drive implementations from pilot stage to full adoption
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Psychology, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and regional education events
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Strong sales mindset with a consultative approach
- High level of commitment, ownership, and accountability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust with senior education stakeholders
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
Base Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000
Actual base pay will vary based on experience and relevant skill sets.
