• Develop and manage customer relationships in the ICs Diamond Tools & Equipment Dealer/Rental Market Segments
• Drive customer demand through product demonstrations and training, maximizing product utilization
• Document field activities and communicate openly with team members
• Manage customer payment activity and creditworthiness in cooperation with the Credit Department
• Grow existing customers and develop new ones to meet financial targets

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; BS/BA in Business or Marketing preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contractor field sales, construction supply sales, or a related field within the construction industry
• Mechanical aptitude and operational confidence to service mechanized equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with construction supply management and manufacturing sales
• Strong construction market knowledge and comprehension
• Ability to manipulate and demonstrate products effectively in audience settings
• Willingness to travel frequently for work, including overnight stays
