As Embedded Systems Technical Sales Manager – Western USA
, you will drive sales and customer relationships across the Western region. This highly technical, client‑facing role combines sales expertise with embedded systems knowledge to expand the client’s footprint in the U.S.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers
- Present and demonstrate embedded debug and trace products
- Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on quotations
- Plan and attend industry trade fairs and exhibitions
- Initiate and develop new customer relationships and long‑term partnerships
- Expand business into new sectors and markets
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams at headquarters
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of hardware‑related software (mandatory)
- Previous experience in technical sales
- Familiarity with embedded debuggers (preferred)
- Experience with Lauterbach TRACE
32 systems (a plus) - Excellent communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel within the USA and occasionally to Germany
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and with strong attention to detail
- On‑Target Earnings: 50/50 split between fixed salary and commission
