What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers and distributors
  • Collaborate with Sales and Segment Marketing Managers to achieve sales and marketing goals
  • Develop and implement long-term sales plans and pricing strategies for specialty and white oil products
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and product needs
  • Manage crisis situations related to supply interruptions and coordinate with internal teams for timely product delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5–10 years of direct sales or industry‑related commercial experience, or 10+ years of advanced commercial capability
  • Strong technical knowledge and industry experience, particularly in specialty chemicals or white oils
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or Engineering; MBA preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Sales Force, Power BI, and SAP
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the sales or technical sales of specialty chemicals or white oils
  • Strong understanding of supply and distribution, and refining procedures
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales assignments and develop new market strategies
  • Familiarity with crisis management in a sales context
  • Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment
