- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers and distributors
- Collaborate with Sales and Segment Marketing Managers to achieve sales and marketing goals
- Develop and implement long-term sales plans and pricing strategies for specialty and white oil products
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and product needs
- Manage crisis situations related to supply interruptions and coordinate with internal teams for timely product delivery
- 5–10 years of direct sales or industry‑related commercial experience, or 10+ years of advanced commercial capability
- Strong technical knowledge and industry experience, particularly in specialty chemicals or white oils
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or Engineering; MBA preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Sales Force, Power BI, and SAP
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Experience in the sales or technical sales of specialty chemicals or white oils
- Strong understanding of supply and distribution, and refining procedures
- Proven ability to manage complex sales assignments and develop new market strategies
- Familiarity with crisis management in a sales context
- Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment
