Senior Sales Representative

• Promote the employer's Animal Nutrition brand by collaborating with local store management to enhance product visibility and execution of promotions
• Conduct regular store visits to build strong relationships and support premium product sales
• Act as the primary communication link between field teams and internal departments, ensuring alignment in business execution
• Develop strategic partnerships with key customer leaders to facilitate training events and growth activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful sales and marketing collateral

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or a related business field (e.g., Animal Science/Nutrition, Ag Business, Ag Education)
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales and/or nutritional experience
• Proven ability to create and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with experience in sales data analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and virtual tools

• Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to resolve conflicts and store complaints effectively
• Creative thinking skills for developing new ideas and strategies
• Experience in leading and managing teams through change
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays
