Your Opportunity to Drive Impact in Sales in Toronto, CanadaAs a Regional Sales Manager for HMTX Industries in Toronto, Canada, you will be the pivotal link between our customers’ external sales teams and the end‑user. You’ll cultivate and strengthen these vital relationships, empowering partners with product knowledge and sales tools to confidently sell our flooring products.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact, cultivating and nurturing strong, trusted relationships with regional sales leaders and their associates.
- Deliver comprehensive product training, equipping sales teams with in‑depth knowledge and confidence to present and sell our products effectively.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, actively participating in joint sales calls with customers and end‑users.
- Consistently expand your product and industry knowledge, remaining an invaluable resource and thought leader for customers.
- Provide top‑tier customer service, proactively addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities, taking proactive steps to support and accelerate customers’ sales efforts.
- Consistently achieve all sales goals established by management, contributing directly to our collective success.
- A proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, embracing challenges and delivering results.
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable sales and/or account management experience with a track record of success.
- Flooring industry experience is strongly preferred to hit the ground running.
- Exceptional listening, written, and oral communication skills, including the ability to confidently present to all levels of management.
- The knack for educating customers and facilitating the closing of warm leads.
- High energy, excellent time‑management skills, and strong interpersonal skills that foster genuine connections.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a valuable part of a cohesive team.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30 pm. Flexibility required for occasional evening meetings, conference calls, or additional work outside of core hours due to the global nature of the role. The schedule may occasionally extend to evenings and weekends. - Remote work position with frequent travel required to engage with customers and drive sales.
- Primarily sedentary work with repetitive hand and wrist motions. Must be able to lift, pull, or maneuver up to 25 lbs. Lifting boxes of flooring and demonstrating installation may be required on occasion.
The salary range for this role is CAD
115K to CAD
125K a year with a yearly bonus potential. Pay position within the range will be based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, and business organizational needs.
