We are seeking motivated students and recent graduates to join our team as Virtual Insurance Sales Representatives. This fully remote role provides hands-on experience in professional communication, client interaction, and business development.
You will meet with clients through virtual consultations, learn how to guide individuals and families through benefit options, and gain practical skills in sales, customer service, and financial literacy. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing real-world business experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
This role includes structured training, mentorship, and optional advancement paths for those who demonstrate strong performance.
Responsibilities- Conduct virtual consultations with clients to understand their needs
- Present benefit options and help clients complete applications
- Communicate professionally and maintain accurate documentation
- Attend weekly virtual trainings and development sessions
- Learn and apply foundational sales and client-service skills
- Collaborate with teammates and leaders in a remote environment
- Explore optional leadership opportunities based on performance
