What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve deployed sales in North America for the data center cooling product line
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with leadership
  • Establish and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, and channel partners
  • Provide sales pipeline updates and forecasts to management using CRM tools
  • Focus on maintaining margins and compliance with profitability objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, with 2 years in business development focused on the Data Center sector
  • Understanding of Data Center infrastructure products, particularly cooling technology
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to develop positive relationships
  • Experience with  or similar CRM programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions to various customer types
  • Ability to work independently and travel 30-40% of the time
  • Valid driver's license
