Position: Key Account Manager - Server OEM's - Data Center Cooling (HDLC)

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that focuses on Liquid Cooling (HDLC) Solutions for data centers. You will work with leading Technology Companies and System Manufacturers to drive sales growth from a remote home office, anywhere in the US.
  • Handle relationships with customers to understand their requirements and develop appropriate solution(s) to best meet their needs.
  • Support the business through the generation of new growth accounts while maintaining and developing existing accounts.
  • Continuously scan for prospects with current or new customers to achieve new sales, expand offerings within the account, and populate the account pipeline consistently and on a timely basis.
  • Provide extensive product and solutions training for customers, especially in the cabinet, power, and cooling products.
  • Must have the ability to lead complex accounts with multiple partners at multiple locations.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors' activities throughout assigned territory/accounts.
  • Understand current market relationships and partnerships with customers.
  • Work closely with product management and marketing teams to develop new innovative products for the data center and networking market.
  • Although we have this role posted in multiple locations, we are only making 1 hire***
YOU HAVE:
  • Ideally 5+ years outside sales/account management experience within the server/data center industry, selling high-density liquid cooling (HDLC) products to OEMS, 7+ years of experience highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills associated with selling to Server Manufacturers.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage partnerships to drive the strategic plan and alignment to organizational strategy to advance opportunities.
  • Validated experience with cold calling and business development activities.
  • Skills in verbal communication, written communication, and knowledge of the market served.
  • The ability to travel on average 30-40% of the time and work 100% remote from a home office anywhere in the US. A valid driver's license is required.
