- Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with leadership
- Cultivate relationships with end-users, engineering firms, integrators, and channel partners
- Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and account status using CRM tools
- Maintain knowledge of industry relationships and competitor activities
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of validated sales experience, with 2+ years in business development focused on Data Center solutions
- Understanding of Data Center infrastructure products, particularly cooling technology
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively in a sales environment
- Experience with or similar CRM programs
- Experience selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions
- Ability to define and quantify opportunities through customer research
- Proven track record of developing positive relationships in assigned account regions
- Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time as required
