What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage the total commercial success of 8-12 large customers, focusing on renewals and revenue expansion
  • Develop and implement effective account strategies and plans for each customer
  • Own the full sales cycle for both renewals and new business within each account
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to maintain a high-velocity top-of-funnel pipeline
  • Build relationships and engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including executive alignment
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 12+ years of related experience or 8+ years with an advanced degree
  • Proven experience in selling within a SaaS organization, particularly with multi-year contracts to the C‑Suite
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to navigate and manage large, complex accounts successfully
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for in-person customer meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with the Learning SaaS (LMS/LXP) landscape and competitive market
  • Experience in strategic negotiation and closing within complex organizations
