- Cultivate and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, and channel partners
- Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and account status using CRM tools
- Drive pricing strategies to maintain profitability while ensuring compliance with objectives
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, with at least 2 years in business development within the Data Center sector
- Understanding of Data Center infrastructure products and cooling technology
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively in a sales environment
- Experience with or similar CRM programs
- Experience selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions to various customer types
- Ability to conduct customer research to define and quantify opportunities
- Proven track record of developing positive relationships in assigned account regions
