Sage Intacct Product Specialist

Pinnacle, a the technology solution's division of the K3 Capital Group, is seeking a Sage Intacct Product Specialist to join our dynamic Product Solutions team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales success and contributing to Pinnacle’s growth and profitability.

As a Sage Intacct Product Specialist, you will provide expert product knowledge, deliver compelling demonstrations, and serve as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing customers. Working closely with our Sales and Customer Account Management teams, you will ensure customers fully understand how Sage Intacct and related solutions can meet their operational, financial, and strategic objectives.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams to understand customer needs and align pre-sales strategies.

Engage with prospects to gather requirements, identify pain points, and clearly demonstrate how our solutions address their challenges.

Solution Development

Partner with authors and Pinnacle’s Professional Services team to design and showcase solutions that meet customer requirements.

Deliver tailored presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts that highlight product value and capabilities.

Proposal Creation

Work with New Customer Acquisition (NCA) and Customer Account Management (CAM) teams to produce detailed, persuasive proposals.

Ensure proposals align with client objectives and effectively address potential concerns.

Assist sales teams in negotiations and closing by providing technical expertise and product guidance.

Support seamless handoffs from pre-sales to post-sales teams for successful implementation.

Market & Competitor Analysis

Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to strengthen Pinnacle’s competitive advantage.

ERP Expertise:
Deep knowledge of Sage Intacct and including an understanding of their business impact and positioning.

Solution Discovery & Customer Engagement:
Strong ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into ERP solutions.

Industry Knowledge:
Experience in sectors such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, or Construction.

Communication & Presentation

Skills:

Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Occasional overnight stays may be required.
• Attendance at in-person team meetings and events.
• Full-time position with a blend of office-based and remote work.
