Position: Director of Sales (LATAM) (Fluent in Spanish) (Remote in Florida)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage a team of Regional Account Executives and Partner/Channel Account Managers to achieve revenue goals
  • Conduct pipeline reviews for deal construction and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners to drive revenue growth in the LATAM region
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and improve operational processes
  • Oversee HR-related issues within the team, including talent acquisition and performance management
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the Latin America region
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in a sales environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education experience
  • Proven track record in building and scaling partner ecosystems
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with a strong understanding of regional culture
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Specific experience in SaaS and cybersecurity industries
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM tools
