Sales Design Consultant

The Opportunity

Our current top producer joined us in 2022, sold $2.4M in their first year, and earned over $250K last year. As we scale from $5M to $10M in annual revenue, we are looking for a high-performing Sales Design Consultant to manage a high-ticket pipeline and replicate this success.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $36,000 (Annual foundation)
• Commission: 4% Uncapped Commission
• Realistic OTE (On-Target Earnings): $110,000 – $150,000 (Year
  1) | $200,000+ (Year 2 and beyond)
• Support: Access to proprietary AI-driven sales mentorship and high-quality lead generation.

• Warm Leads: We provide the platform and the marketing; you provide the relationship and the close.
• Hybrid Flexibility: Work from home with local travel to client sites throughout Southern Maryland.

Who You Are

You are a closer who thrives at the intersection of design and data. You are not looking for a standard sales job; you want to manage a $5M+ pipeline and be rewarded for it.

• Experience: 2 years in high-ticket sales preferred
• Tech-Literacy: You embrace tools like CRM and AI to work smarter and maximize your time.
• Location: Must be able to visit project sites in the La Plata and Southern Maryland area.
