• No cold calling is required.
• All appointments are scheduled with individuals who have requested assistance.

• Host virtual consultations via Zoom
• Evaluate client needs and provide tailored benefit options
• Educate clients on policy details and assist with enrollment
• Maintain accurate digital documentation
• Collaborate with peers and attend weekly training sessions
