What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 40 accounts, focusing on new product sales and renewals
  • Develop and execute account strategy while managing the sales cycle for new sales and renewals
  • Generate new business opportunities weekly to meet sales quotas
  • Represent the employer in client presentations and build trusted relationships
  • Collaborate with an extended account team to ensure successful account management and strategic planning
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quota attainment
  • Proven enterprise software sales experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Manufacturing
  • Experience in prospecting and engaging with C-level executives
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in complex enterprise-level sales
  • Familiarity with the construction industry and its technology solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-selling environment
