What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Recruit, coach, and manage all Sales Representatives for successful sales campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to develop and maintain territory plans and sales strategies
  • Maintain communication with sales representatives to drive revenue growth through territory plan reviews
  • Ensure accurate CRM usage for tracking adoptions and forecasting customer needs
  • Monitor key market trends and share insights with the region and leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from a four‑year college or university
  • 10+ years of successful consultative sales/business development experience with a proven track record
  • Strong digital literacy and ability to sell online resources efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of the educational market and State Adoption processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in educational technology sales
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop sales teams
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Established connections within the educational sector
