This is a full-time hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ, with some remote work flexibility. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with auto dealers to promote United Auto Credit’s products and services. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, achieving sales targets, analyzing market opportunities, and retaining key partnerships. The ideal candidate will enhance dealer satisfaction by providing exceptional support while driving financial growth through the company’s financing solutions.
Qualifications- Sales and Relationship Management
Skills:
Proven abilities to build and maintain strong dealer partnerships, meet sales targets, and create long-term business relationships. - Market and Territory Expertise:
Knowledge of the auto finance industry and experience in analyzing market dynamics and identifying growth opportunities. - Communication and Interpersonal
Skills:
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. - Analytical and Problem-Solving
Skills:
Ability to assess dealer needs, solve challenges, and identify tailored financial solutions. - Self-Motivation:
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment with minimal supervision. - Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields preferred; prior experience in the auto or finance industry is highly advantageous.
