Location: Germany
Sales Manager / Chemical Trader (m/f/d) – Poland (Warsaw or Remote)
We are a medium-sized international trading company specializing in paraffin wax, paraffin oils, and chemical raw materials. We serve as a strategic link between Western and Eastern European markets and maintain long-term partnerships with refineries and industrial customers.
To strengthen our expansion in Poland, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Sales Manager / Trader (m/f/d) with strong market knowledge and an independent working style.
TasksYour responsibilities
- Develop and expand sales of paraffin wax and chemical products in the Polish market
- Identify and acquire new industrial customers
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Conduct offer preparation, price negotiations, and contract finalization
- Develop relationships with refineries and suppliers
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Represent the company in commercial negotiations
Your profile
- Sales experience, ideally in chemicals, petrochemicals, wax, or related industries
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking and proactive attitude
- Excellent Polish and English skills (mandatory)
- German or Russian is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel within Poland
- Existing industry contacts are a strong advantage
