What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Recruit, coach, and manage Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to develop and maintain territory plans
  • Monitor and review sales pipelines to grow revenue and predict customer needs
  • Ensure team members maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting and tracking
  • Share market insights with leadership and collaborate on sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
