We are immediately hiring a Sales Development Representative to work at our ARDEX Americas Corporate Headquarters - 400 ARDEX Park Drive, Aliquippa, PA 15001
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Flexible work initiatives available, including some remote work after successful completion of training.
As a Sales Development Representative
, you will identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers to support our sales team. You will generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and research, while scheduling qualified meetings for Account Managers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, results-driven professional looking to take their first steps within a dynamic and collaborative sales organization.
What You Will Do- Research and identify prospective customers within target markets
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and digital channels
- Qualify leads based on business needs, timeline, and opportunity fit
- Schedule meetings and deliver qualified prospects to the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in CRM systems
- Follow up marketing-generated leads
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics and activity goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in outbound prospecting and engaging decision-makers
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
- Must be able to travel nationally on occasion.
- Must possess a current valid and unexpired driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Four (4) year college degree preferred in a related field
OR - High school diploma with relevant work experience
