** The EU Digitally Led Distribution Sales Manager will play a key role in executing the EU distribution sales strategy by managing and strengthening relationships with key distribution partners. This position will focus on driving sales growth within the established European distributor network, optimizing distributor service levels, and identifying new opportunities to expand market share. The candidate is expected to collaborate cross-functionally within the organization while ensuring operational efficiency, implementing performance metrics, and supporting the adoption of new technologies.

Skills:
** For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:
* 5–8+ years of experience in distribution sales, channel management, or account management within a multinational organization, preferably in consumer electronics, IT, or technology sectors.
* Proven experience executing regional distribution strategies and delivering measurable sales growth across European markets.
* Strong understanding of European distributor ecosystems, including broadline and value-added distribution models.
* Demonstrated experience driving digital enablement within partner networks, including the use of CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, digital sales tools, and reporting dashboards.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, performance KPIs, forecasting reports, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
* Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and product teams.
* Results-driven mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
* Fluency in English required; additional European languages considered an advantage.#LI-JO1
