Responsibilities
  • Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and product features
  • Answer customer inquiries about products and negotiate prices and terms
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors to enhance sales strategies
  • Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through follow-ups
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.)
  • A bachelor s degree
  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry (a plus)
  • Proven sales results and a track record of success
  • Ability to work independently and cultivate client relationships
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling CRM software
  • Knowledge of property management software
  • Experience working with a remote team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Existing relationships within the property management industry
