- Leverage smart, personalized outreach via phone calls, emails, Linked In messages, events, and social media to secure buyer conversations with C‑level marketing and sales personas at ICP prospect accounts.
- Clearly articulate the Promoboxx value proposition regarding how we help solve the pain points and challenges our buyer personas face on a daily basis to align with their business needs.
- Effectively utilize Salesforce CRM and sales productivity tools to ensure activities are entered for real‑time view, knowledge sharing, and proper follow‑up notifications.
- Minimum of 1+ years of related sales experience, demonstrating success in an outbound role.
- Interest in a career in sales with a passion for winning.
- Positive attitude and desire to work in a rapid‑growth, entrepreneurial environment.
- Communicate in a clear, compelling manner with a friendly demeanor.
- Articulate value and understand what is important to our buyer personas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable on the phone to complement written outreach.
- Quick learner who can solve problems.
- Dependability, resourcefulness, resiliency, and creativity.
- Drive to earn results and success versus entitlement mentality; you are a doer with a refusal‑to‑lose mentality, driven to meet or exceed individual goals.
