Nxt Property Management is hiring a full‑time Business Development and Sales Rep in South Jordan, UT. If you enjoy sales and want to work in the growing field of multifamily real estate, this could be the role for you. You’ll help us grow across Utah and beyond.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND SALES REP BASICS:The pay is $50,000 - $65,000 per year
, depending on your experience, plus performance‑based pay for meeting your goals. We also offer great benefits

NXT manages over 4,600 apartment units for property owners. We’re growing fast, and our team values working together, being honest, and leading by example. With more than 30 years of experience, our leaders make sure everyone feels supported, encouraged, and part of something important.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?This is a full‑time job. Most work happens Monday through Friday
. You’ll spend about 20% of your time in the office in South Jordan, and 80% working from home.
As a Business Development and Sales Rep, you will spend your day reaching out to property owners, developers, and investors by making calls, sending emails, and messaging on Linked In. You will meet new people, especially high‑net‑worth individuals, and set up meetings to introduce them to Nxt Property Management. You will schedule and join calls and meetings with potential clients, both online and in person.
You’ll keep track of your progress using CRM software and look for new people and companies who could use our services. As you grow in the role, you will build strong relationships with clients and help the business grow through referrals and repeat customers.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow‑up skills
- Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to overcome objections and close the deal with confidence and professionalism
- Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
