Position Overview

We’re looking for top performing sales professionals who enjoy a full calendar of leads and the rush of closing. This closer role primarily involves taking inbound scheduled sales calls, guiding leads through the WFS proprietary selling framework, managing your pipeline, and maximizing revenue. Though it’s an inbound role, we expect high motivation, ambition, and a willingness to pursue additional opportunities between scheduled calls.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently increase product knowledge by consuming content in the sales training center.
  • Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives, study call game tape, and strategize around pipeline.
  • Follow the WFS proprietary selling framework to take leads through the sales process (training provided).
  • Engage in deep question‑led discovery dialogue to identify challenges, pain points, and gaps that create need, desire, & urgency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with leads, using a consultative sales approach to understand their goals, objectives, and motives.
  • Utilize WFS sales material & tools to deliver persuasive Zoom presentations that highlight benefits and value.
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets, consistently meeting expectations.
  • Adhere to CRM best practices to track and manage sales activities, lead management, follow‑up, and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless and successful sales process.
  • Display WFS core values at all times to contribute to a high performance culture.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in high ticket or consultative sales with a proven track record.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Self‑starter with a strong drive for success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and rapport building.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
