We are seeking a results-driven Solutions Sales Executive with a strong background in IT solutions services. This role is responsible for driving new business, expanding client relationships, and delivering tailored technology and workforce solutions that address customer needs. The ideal candidate combines consultative selling skills with a solid understanding of IT services, talent solutions, and enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities- Aggressively prospect and generate net-new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic targeting
- Identify and penetrate new enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Build, manage, and advance a strong new-business pipeline
- Sell IT solutions and services, project-based consulting, and managed services
- Conduct discovery to understand client technical and workforce challenges, positioning tailored solutions
- Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and successful deal execution
- Consistently meet or exceed new business and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and forecasting
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
- 7–10+ years of new business (hunter) sales experience in IT solutions, consulting, or staff augmentation
- Proven track record of opening new accounts and closing net-new logos
- Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills (cold calling, outbound, social selling, networking)
- Understanding of IT services such as cloud, infrastructure, applications, data, cybersecurity, or digital transformation
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Existing book of business or strong professional network
- Experience selling into enterprise or government environments
- Familiarity with RFPs, procurement cycles, and contract vehicles (a plus)
- Experience in highly competitive, quota-driven environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
